Maintenance Message:
In our ongoing and continuous efforts to improve the performance, reliability, and capacity of the services we offer you, we are performing scheduled maintenance on a portion of the Eleos Platform. This maintenance is scheduled for 30 minutes.
During the maintenance period, most POI-related features will be unavailable or will exhibit the following behavior:
Mobile Apps
In Trip Planner, POI layers and pin move recommendations will not load in the app. The rest of the app will continue to function as normal, including trip planning features such as adding non-POI stops, routing, and navigation.
APIs
The POI and POI Layers APIs at https://platform.driveaxleapp.com/api/v1 will return 503 errors. These requests can and should be retried as normal, and they will succeed after the maintenance is complete. We are sorry for the impact to your business and drivers this may cause.
